Homemade Muesli

Muesli is really a raw version of granola. This is an easy way to eat a wholesome breakfast or snack.

Homemade Muesli -- Ruth Fehr - Recipes

1 cup rolled oats 
2 cups almond milk (or low fat organic milk) 
¼ cup mix of raw nuts: walnuts, pecans, or almonds
¼ cup dried fruit: raisins, dry coconut, or cherries
Pinch cinnamon

Place all dried ingredients in bowl. Pour milk over it. Cover it and refrigerate overnight. 
Serve with slices of fresh fruit.
